I'm the same, although the page is still up with the chance to order the limited edition so who knows. I ordered mine last Monday so hopefully i was on time.

But it's region 0 I believe? No protection and obviously PAL if you order from europe.

Now you can get a shirt with the pre-order of the dvd. Too bad the smallest shirt size is medium. I can never find an Opeth shirt smaller than medium.

Probably a misstake on their site, no one would be stupid enough to sell NTSC DVDs in europe when they don't have to (ie, it's not an import). I hope. I'm pretty sure you'll recieve a PAL DVD. Better quality and less compability problems

I got mine from a local shop, the SAME one as the "limited" one it seems, postcards, booklets et al.

Really nice digibook with a slipcase.

I am from Australia, it is Region 0, can be played anywhere. Check your local JB Hifi store I reckon. I didn't get it from there, but I am sure seeing as I got it in Australia, it should be hitting the shelves today or tomorrow.
