Your lies never end, do they? I do not believe you are an American and I do not believe you live in NYC. Hasn't it occurred to you that nobody here agrees with you or wants you here? Go spew your ignorance somewhere else. You are not wanted.
Did I say I'm an American? I'm not. I'm Chilean, I've lived in Europe and now the U.S. Currently spending holidays in Chile. But I spent the last three months in NYC and two relatives of mine were among the victims of the terrorist attacks. I don't agree with Osama as I don't agree with Bush foreign policies either. Actually I don't agree with most of the foreign policies carried by the U.S. government throughout the last 50 or 60 years. That's not only me. I've talked to a lot of Americans, fellow countrymen of yours, and most of them seem to agree Bush isn't good for the United States, neither the world. On the other hand, most of them simply ignore what previous presidents and U.S. authorities did to the countries I mentioned before.
Vietnam, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, Korea, where else are you sending your troops? You're not only killing foreigners, as there are a lot of young Americans dying in all those wars. The survivors will soon be veterans and will come to tell the truth ONCE AGAIN in some few years. It has been told by many veterans already.
I see that your government and media have been using spin control and propaganda to shape popular opinion and guide the nation toward a specific political agenda. They don't even allow some information to reach Americans.
There are so many books telling a different story:
Amazon.com: A People's History of the United States: 1492 to Present: Books: Howard Zinn
Amazon.com: The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade: Books: Alfred W. McCoy -> great book, one of my favorites.
When News Lies by Danny Schechter is another great book.
See? It doesn't make any difference to you. You're not going to read any of those books. You have already made up your mind. You even have some fans on this board supporting your statements, because they can't think of anything else besides what's on CNN or The New York Times, and because they think it's funny to slam a foreigner that doesn't think like them. That's the American way. No problem at all. You've been successfully living with it, go ahead.
I won't change you... you won't change me.
