I'll post a raw mix of a song after I record it today. The guitarist's going to bring along some Digitech pedal so hopefully it'll sound slightly better.

Wait until you hear the drums, though.
The drummer recorded them beforehand on one track, I vomited when I heard them.

It's the recording and the playing that are crappy. I could actually see the TONE being used for a cool low gain kind of thing for effect. The part that is the problem is everything else.

Recording was pretty good today, as good as we high school amateurs can make it.
The guitarist ended up using his pedal and recording from the amp direct, which sounds passable.

Now the only problem is the drums...

finally got to load it! wow, real bad playing, and terrible noise on that recording. they playing is so bad there is definitely no way it can be saved, it just sucks, dude plays like a little girl, a BAD little girl. Maybe just was having a bad day, so not meaning to insult the guitarrist

It was a bad day for the guitarist when he recorded the original tone, he hadn't gone through his half-hour satanic warm-up ritual yet.
