This was my first time at this festival and it kicked ass. So much pwnage on many levels. It was definitely worth coming all the way from Canada, Toronto.

Seeing SAXON at BYH was an unforgettable experience for me. Truly a great band live and Biff Byford is a phenomenal frontman and a great singer. He got better with age like a fine wine. I got out my Saxon Lionheart t-shirt and was waving it back and forth just to show my support. Mikkey Dee (Motorhead) was playing the drums for them during the 747 (Strangers In The Night) song. The crowd was a lot better than the crowd at Saxon Wacken 2001 show on Chronicles DVD. They were showing tons of support, singing along and cheering with a loud roar like they fucking meant it!!!! Biff even said himself that they've been truly a fantastic audience.

I really want them to come to either Toronto or Montreal on their rescheduled US Tour if they can.
