say something about ... yourself!

having home equipment may work for some.. I'm in the group that actually needs to go out and do the work out, because at home I get too distracted.
that.

plus there's no room for a treadmill or bike in the house.

i think i make reading too much of a priority when i'm on the treadmill or bike, since, at the gym, i'm always reading a book when i'm on the machines. lately, whenever i sit down to read - in the library at school, my living room or bedroom, i get tired almost instantly, no matter how much sleep i got the night before. reading while i work out is the only time i can actually read for a sustained period of time, and it's the only time that i can really work out without getting distracted.

depending on time constraints, i do
15-30 min on the recumbant bike at 95/105rpm
and 15-35 min (and 5 min cool down) on the treadmill at 3.5mph

so not really strenuous but i do sweat, i do feel tired especially after going for a half hour on each and i feel totally great <3

how the hell can you read when you're on a treadmill or bike? i remember trying to read a magazine once on the treadmill with no success, too much bouncing up and down to actually keep my eyes on it. and i was only walking.

yeah I know!
I'm the same way, I can't read at all at the gym... too much sweating/ bouncing/ fast paste - my eyes can't do it.
I usually just watch the Gym's TV screens or flip through Vogue.

hahaha I actually didn't... you're funny L!

I wrote the above right when I typed the message about the gym, and Islay came running towards me and sat in my lap
and rubbed her head, closed her eyes, and just was overly cute. So I had to write that :D

I <3 my pets so much.
