I just made some brownies. Of course the box mix called for vegetable oil, but we only have canola and peanut oil, so I used the canola oil because the box didn't tell me how much butter to use in the oil's place (the boxes usually do say). Had to mix in some peppermint extract to mask the canola flavor. Woulda been better with vegetable oil or butter, but yum nonetheless
