Fuuuuu.
I left the chocolate fish my mom got me for Easter in the car. It was just a bag of melted poo chocolate. So I poured it out on some wax paper on a cookie sheet and stuck it in the fridge. If I can't have the fish, I'm gonna have a giant slab of chocolate. Muahahahhaa.

So I've been at work for a straight 2 weeks. My GM surprised me a day before hand that she was leaving on vacation. So here I sit, acting GM for 2 weeks. It's been... interesting. Today I'm working on getting all the new menu roll out (Oh yea, and Monday has a brand new menu system and new bar items being rolled out) for Monday. Lots of work, especially that corporate is changing tons of our alcohols and wines around, so for the past month I've slowly been fading out a lot of the stock, which is a giant pain in the ass.
