I don't have a boss per se, I have a supervisor, who is never there so I have to rely on other people's sups and well, everyone at my job is a hardened fuck who doesn't have an ounce of humanity left in them because their shitty job has sucked all the joy from their lives and they take it out on the poor, stupid Americans who call in. I might be a dick online but I do my best to make a difference in peoples lives I know it's dumb but I like helping old ladies dodge $500 bills and fucking at&t out of revenue. It's win/win really. Even saving/waiving these people 50 bucks on their bill is a huge difference in their lives, doesn't seem like a lot to us but to them it's a shitload.
