Announcement from the Management:

Dateline: San Francisco, CA, Thursday, February 17, 2005

Testament lead vocalist, Chuck Billy, and founding guitarist, Eric Peterson announce that original guitar player Alex Skolnick, and original bassist Greg Christian, and previous Testament drummer alumnist Johnny Tempesta, are joining them for a Reunion Tour in Europe, May 7 to May 15 ONLY. The tour will last for 9 shows only.

Each of the other three musicians have other bands, projects, and recordings coming out, but they have all agreed to join forces with Chuck and Eric to blow out this limited reunion tour in May. Chuck Billy is quoted as saying "I'm in music to enjoy it, and playing with my old band-mates after all these years will be killer!" Eric Peterson adds "This reunion tour takes me back 20 years, the fans will freak seeing us together again!"

awesome news!

but what kind of a shitty press release is that? they say everything apart from err the venues of the shows! might help...

This is amazing news. COME TO SCOTLAND!!!! Skolnick is one of my fav metal guitarists. His solos and weh gid!!! Heard sone of his jazz stuff as well which is classic

That's fucking awesome! Skolnick was the fucking shit on guitar and even though Testament has put of some awesome stuff without him his sound was definitely missed.

Dude this is old news. I knew about this shit before all these shitty Anthrax rumors started flying around. And to be honest with you I would rather hear Testament with Steve Digorgio on bass. I heard he was gonna be playing on the new CD.

i want a metallica reunion please!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to see that

James Hetfield
Dave Mustaine
Jason-since Cliff is dead
Lars Ulrich

Problem with this is that being the dick that Dave is he wouldn't want to do anything other than stuff off of Kill 'em all and Lightning

This is great news,

Too bad I wont be headin to Europe anytime soon or anywhere close enough to see em

But still the vibe is great, and even though this might seem like a bandwagon move, it is Metal, and Testament does make some great shit.

aka: Practice what U Preach, The Ritual, Low, The New Order, etc......

It's got my vote,

Sincerely,

AugDawg
