Loveeee this mic. It works really good not only for vocals, but also on floor toms and hihat. It also can provide smoother sound than a 57 when micing an amp.

epic mic.... buy it! I love mine. I usually go with the pres boost on/ hp on. a suggestion, it can get some low build up if you have a poorly treated room. With the treatment IN my room, and then OUT of my room HUGE difference!

Not as super heaps much as everyone says.

It rejects.
But it isn't insanely rejective.

Vocals tracked with this mic tend to be quite easy to fit into the mix too. Handling noise is also very low so they can hold the body of the mic while performing.
Bass roll off and presence boost are great for matching the mic to the singer.
Gotta have either a loud vocalist or alot of clean gain on the preamp though.

haha Devin prooves it`s the best dynamic mic,i think nobody will regret purchasing one, in fact every studio must have at least one of this babys

i like mine alot. We tracked vocals in a shitty room with my singer just holding the mic on its pivot mount without him wearing headphones. Sounds excellent
