I really didnt like that song at all. GHUA was a very meh cd, but still better than diabolis or whatever.
the new Slayer cd is really really really bad. I cant believe people are buying the shit out of it.

Thats thing with putting out albums every year or close to it, bands just seem to loose the edge. Look at some of the bands who have put out really great music after several years off Exodus, Nuclear Assault, Death Angel ect. Sometimes time off seems to be the best thing-TJ

The new one is actually pretty darn good. And so is Divine Intervention. Yeah the new stuff is not nearly as good as the old stuff. It happens. All bands seem to have a good ten year run or so and then make a bunch of mediocre albums. Slayer have only had a couple of misses IMO. Overall still a kick ass band.

I liked every album by Slayer... even God Hates Us All I liked. My least favorite was the album where Slayer uses 12 punk songs and turns them into metal punk. I forgot the name of the album. Even then I still liked it and thought of it as a just as interesting idea as creating something like Jazz Metal.

The only two bad Slayer albums IMO are Diabolis In Musica and God Hates Us All, not including the punk cover album.

God Hates Us All was what made me like this band in the first place. I would have never even liked Slayer if it wasn't for that album. Once God Hates Us All got more and more listens I started to like the older Slayer more and more.
