I bought a piece of "gear" on an online music store yesterday. They called me today to tell me it wasn't in stock. Wouldn't be able to get it for three weeks. So I say, can you give me a discount on it then? He said, maybe $12. So I said no, I'll just get it off eBay. Its remarkably cheaper there anyways, the only reason I was getting it from you was so I wouldn't have to wait for an auction to end, but thats not the case now anyways. Please cancel my order. I have to take a dump. Thank you.

I found out today that the apartment I already paid for and signed a lease for was rented to another party. The realtor told us that our lease could apply to the 2nd floor apartment instead of the 1st floor one if we wanted. My roommate called his lawyer.
