Slip Editing help. (Stems inside)

I've been trying to slip edit this drums for the last week and been having trouble getting them on time, it's driving me crazy. I just wanted to see if anyone would have any better luck with it. This is only a small section of the song that i can't get down. The tempo is 196.667bpm. Thanks all.

Never mind fixed it. If anyone is wondering how I fixed it I just edited the Kick separate from the rest of the drums.

Yeah i knew someone would say something. It was supposed to be 197 but screwed up during tracking and set it to that. I'm sure changing it to 197 wouldn't hurt it but I didn't want to risk it.

Moving the BPM fader instead of just typing it in. Just started using Reaper so still getting the hang of it.
