I'm no drug user by any means, but I agree. I fail to see how smoking weed would affect guitar performance. I mean obviously if you play WHILST STONED, but otherwise no.

Playing on a hangover can be horrible though, that I will say.

If you are addicted it will ! I have been smoking tobacco since i was 14-15 and i was up to doing two packs per day .when i stoped for a week i was so nervous i could't even drive.Now i am in one tobacco bag per 2 weeks . Imagine being into weed !

My drummer smokes before band practices, and it's annoying, because he always comes up with shitty ideas, and he words them completely wrong, and it sounds good, but when he's explaining what he actually means, it sounds like crap, and it wastes like 3 hours of our band practice time.
