so i was sending chupe a package today.

everybody loves the meme meme.

...well, as a useful word definitely.

otherwise, only a handful of social scientists in need of a clue take the concept seriously.

i'm not sure that analogies and word infections are any more of a 'pop science' than any of physics would be if that's your perspective.

regardless, this is a post about chupe's fame. not the veritable maelstrom of potential pathways of AI scientists.

staying on topic matters when it's a thread for chupe. read the rule book.

secondly, i understand enough about memes. i think both are theoretical enough not to be able to say "TRUE" or "NOT TRUE" in a habberdash way and walk off. to do so would be anything less than presumptuous. i think one needs secondly to understand (in both cases) enough of specifically quantum mechanics and cognitive (specifically also) neuroscience to see the validity in cortical columns of the mind running on analogy and possibly shared ideas (which, mind you, goes as far back as buddha himself) to cortical columns containing possibly similar microtubule construction as those found in quantum theories. in such case, passing of information could be viewed in many ways and not necessarily doubtable entirely, or UNDOUBTABLE and therefore easy to refute entirely.

seeing whereas the biggest postulation of quantum mechanics is, it is unprovably by it's very provability... well you can't just say yes or no to just possibility either.

the. end.
