I catch duplicate accounts when they're made (most the time) automatically, the account is banned and the posts are auto deleted. I don't waste my time looking to see what was posted because 99.99% of the time history has proven it is someone causing trouble, trolling and the like.

EDIT: Some accounts are "grandfathered" so to speak. I don't allow multi accounts and haven't for around 2 years or so now.
