Hm, I've been following the world cup only once and that was in 1990. Don't know why really, I've never been interested before and never again afterwards. But 1990 I've been watching with eagerness. The funny thing is that Germany became champion of the whole thing.

the only thing that would suprise me more, would be if the U.S.A could beat mexico.....mexico looks way too good :s

well ... I don't really care ... now that Portugal, Sweden and Denmark are out I'd like to see England win, or Germany, but in general I pull for the underdogs !!!

Yeah, I heard that Korea won on the news on the radio while driving back home and just started laughing.

I'm not a football/soccer fan but on the US - Germany match I really hope that Germany wins, I don't care if Germany loose after it but this game I wish them to win!

silkie..... it would be a miricle to beat germany.....but then they already have done one miricle by beating mexico so............I think the U.S is done with miricles.....maybe....ha ha all I can say is good luck to germany....If the U.S loses....then I hope the Germans take it
