not a fan of the band, but they paid me cash monies.

the mix is not one of my best imo

bass is ampeg svx, gtr is pod farm, vox are at 3035 into 003 pre.

heavy sections are quad tracked(i'd say it's about 50/50)

Yeah vocals do seem quite quiet, the guitars sound big, but perhaps a little too big if that makes sense? seem kinda overpowering...

And +1 on higher vox.

I'd like some higher/more defined cymbals aswell.

I like the way the guitars are quadtracked only on the parts the song need it, thats a cleaver idea to maintain clarity i guess.
The guitar tone is great but just a tad too dark. Drums are cool as usual . You have the patch for this one ? , i just bought my first decent guitar and i would love to try it.

I have the same suggestions. It sounds slightly too round and warm, a boost on the top end would liven it up for me Otherwise I dig the work, keep it up!
