Some VHT Pittbull Clips for you

since this amp isn't that common around here I thought I'd post some more clips of the red and orange channels

I didn't change any EQ settings, I just changed the gain a bit and switched the mid-shift in and out

Orange ch Gain: 2:30
Orange ch Gain: 2:30 midshift
Red ch Gain: 2:30 midshift
Red ch Gain: 2:30
Red ch Gain: 12:45
Red ch Gain: 12:45 midshift


Since I thought they all were a bit wooly in the low mids I made another clip with slightly changed settings (bit more mids from the rotary knobs and a tiny 250Hz dip on the slider EQ):


Red ch Gain: 1:00 different settings


of course these clips have zero post processing on them, so no EQ or anything.
just a single sm57 in front of a V30

Yeah man,
it's some kind of cloudy imo.

But I think I don't dig the VHT character by itself, that sound blended with the krank or recto would be ace.
The VHT lacks cool high end,imo.

Red channel different settings is 404 error.

yeah, I think so too, that's why I posted that other clips with the 250HZ dip (link fixed now).

it has plenty of highend if desired, I had the presence set to 2 o'clock in these clips....and then you could still boost up to 12dB with the slider EQ....I was aiming more for a smooth sound with these clips....matches my current taste more

Ah yeah, gotcha.

The different red is ace, I'm pretty shure this totally rocks in a mix.

The VHT is def. the "uniquest" amp in your collection.

Is this the Bogner cab?

yeah, it's a nice amp to blend with other amps for a different kind of flavor.

Sound great Lasse, really interesting beast imo. A friend of mine have CL50 version, sound awesome
