Hey metaltastic, what's the year of your amp?
I might trade my 3ch for a 2ch "serie G" (the last 2ch they've made, apparantly has different transformer then the earlier one....)
I tried it today and compared it to my 3ch but the 2ch had el34 in it so it wasn't a fair test.
They sounded pretty much the same, which makes me think the 2ch might be less aggresive with more balls to it because it was running el34 and those have usually more mids, less lows and highs compared to 6l6.
Not sure if it's worth the trouble to sale mine to get the 2ch instead.
I like the clean on mine but I feel like it could have more balls to it.
What do you think?
