Correct. The energy in the pit is immense and it's a pretty wicked experience to thrash about with a horde of other dudes and chicks that are feeling the same thing you are. Regardless, if you don't at least headbang at a metal show you're a fucking faggot. I can understand standing back to take in a band like Primordial, but if you go to a Decapitated show and just stand there, you like penis in the bum. Death metal shows in small clubs are the fucking win and it enhances the show even further to get in there and FEEL the show as well as calm down every now and then to look up and enjoy it on another level.

I went to Nile, Hypocrisy and Decapitated with a couple friends. While I went nuts and thoroughly enjoyed the fuck out myself, my idiot "friends" sat (literally) in the back of the crowd with their heads down like little fucking bitches, afraid of throwing themselves in or at least STANDING THE FUCK UP AND WATCHING THE SHOW, yet they claimed to have liked it. Fucking pansies.
