So I wanted to try Splatt88's idea of use POD Farm on dual tone mode running the same rig but with a bass cab on the second tone. It´s still boomy on the 100 hz -200 hz area, but I actually don´t know how to solve it.

Use the POD Farm post compressor on the amp with the bass cab so the palm mutes are tamed completely. you may need to turn the volume down on the bass cab track as well. Good luck! Oh yeah, I also cut as much high end as I can with the post EQ (not on the amp) on the bass cab track to reduce phase issues with the main guitar tone. The bass cab should only add weight, not alter the fundamental tone.
