Spector Basses?

Does anyone know anything about Spector basses? Would one of their lower end basses like a Legend 4 be a decent bass? (Found a couple used ones at a local shop.)

I have a Spector Q5 bass, it's been my main squeeze for a few years now. I love it.

Don't have one, but holy crap they sound AWESOME! Especially when picked...

Best I've seen is Michael Hakansson (ex-Evergrey)'s fretless of the Spectorcore 4

My friend has left his nice Spector 5-string here at my house for a very long time. It hardly ever gets touched, I borrow a friend's Squier bass all the time for recording though. It sounds a lot better than the Spector IMO which is really disappointing. The price difference is huge and so is the Squier's sound.

The Legends are pretty cool, but i have only played them in GC stores. Not sure how they sound recorded.

However, I have a 4 LX-35 and i use it on all of my recordings now. It is an amazing bass!!
