don't scroll down if you don't wanna know, you've been warned .........

just what i had heard they would do, i love the new album so the fact they play it in order in it's entirty is fine with me. i'm sure some people have some bitching to do now but, to me this is what maiden has always been about. moving forward.

I'm glad that they dropped Trooper, Run To The Hills and Number of the Beast. New album is very good. Some other bands should also change more their setlists.

Seeing them tonite in Boston and I am beyond stoked for this show(ask anyone on the CDC, I've been babbling about it for weeks)!!!
The new album is brilliant and I for one am looking forward to hearing the whole thing live!
I love the old stuff too, but I've seen Maiden so many times and heard them all played live countless times before.

UP THE FUCKIN IRONS!!!!!!

I'll be seeing Maiden for the first time in November, so I'm hoping they play some of the older stuff as well. Its ok for you guys who have seen them live loadsa times before, but think of us Maiden virgins. I could have seen them many times in the past, but never took the opportunity. Still I'll not complain about the new album played from start to finish, its pretty cool.

You'll probably get a much longer show on your side of the Pond anyway?

you will always have some who are never satisified...

it would be cool if they can play somewhere in time in its entirty..........

What can I say Tommy? I've always wanted to see them live, but every time they come over something comes up. I've seen just about every feckin band on this planet play when they come over, but Maiden has always escaped me. I'll be redressing the balance soon enough though.

I heard somewhere that Maiden were dusting off the props from the "Powerslave" tour, and were going to re-create that stage on their next tour. So anyone wanting to hear the "classics show," that would probably be the one you'd want to go to... though I do think you'd miss a helluva show this time around.

I'll keep my eyes peeled on dimeadozen to see if any torrents from these shows appear... especially if someone records a DVD and posts it.

I am soooooooooooooooo jealous. JUST ONCE - JUST ONCE I want them to tour Australia. I think the last time was back in the early to mid 90s.

Come on Maiden - you would sell out Major Arena's in every national city in this country (except Canberra perhaps - but thats not a city - its a big town full of politicians :p).

Dude - I like to hear - Number of the Beast or even Powerslave in their entirety for a kick. or the whole Live After Death!!! again :headbang:

i've heard that also, don't know what kind of tour they would do in the u.s. though. full blown or a few cities

i'm stoked about this show. i have been running with the new disc in my ipod. i was trying to think which new ones i'd like to hear but, i guess i'll hear them all. the only thing is i wish there was a tune or two from the last couple of albums (paschandale or brave new world in particular) :headbang:

ALL HAIL MAIDEN!!!
Lastnites show was simply fuckin brilliant *IMO*...............I loved every last second of the show!......My only complaint, and it's not Maidens fault, but I wish the crowd was more into it. Plenty of noise from the locals mind you, but it wasn't until they started the "classics" that the place exlpoded for real. By that point my voice was gone already
It must be difficult for a Band who are used to playing in front of 100, 000 people to play in front of 7,000. But Maiden brought it and never let up, Total proffesionals in every aspect.
I've seen Maiden I think around 12 times?..........I've never ever been dissapointed and this one was no exception.

UP THE IRONS!!!!
