3rd layer in both rooms is finished

Here is a pic of the small machine room where the Voltage Regulator, UPS and maybe the computer will stay

here is the air duct box in the control room that connects to the small machine room (this box will have to be extended because the basstrap will cover this box)

and here is the other end on the ceiling of the machine room

Next, the remaining windows will be installed and the wall basstraps will be built

More windows installed.

This is the window on the Recording room side it is 28mm thick

It's 28mm thick and is dual laminated. I only needed 19mm for the recording room side and 15mm for the Control room side.
But after some mistakes in ordering the windows, I found out that the minimum glass thickness for this frames was 24mm, so I had to buy 24mm for the control room side and 28mm for the recording room side.

This is the control room side window that will be installed after I put the vinyl between both windows to hide the gap between rooms.

It's 24mm thick. In the pic you can see that it is thicker than the diameter of a 1 Euro coin (if you ever seen one ).

This is the window door on the Control room on the opposite side of the other window.

More wall bass traps

Walls are being painted, this is the primary coat.

Major problem, I found out that the doors are not plumb. The doors will have to be taken out.

They will have to cut the walls around the doors, take them out, plumb them and then fix the wall.

More construction delay.
This will never end...
