Not to mention bloody expensive! Spent nearly 1700 euro's on lessons etc this far and will have to add at least another 500 to that cause I didn't pass the test today.

Yeah, I spent like 160 euro total.. but in Sweden we are allowed to practice driving with a guide who's had a drivers license for five years and went with you to some homosexual courses.

wow that's too expensive !
but if u consider a Netherlander's salary, it may not be.
here , one hour of practice is for €10 (average salary is ~€250 hehehe)

Yeah that's why my parents took me out to practice a few times in the weekend, it's very much illegal here but a 60 minute driving lesson is 50 quid so it did save me at least a wee bit of money.
