If you are a wife being slammed by your drunk husband that's not affecting someone? If god forbid you get hit by a drunk driver that won't affect you? And people brake rules, saying drunk drivers are not allowed doesn't mean there aren't.

The level of affection of someone dying in a crash accident is much higher than the level of affection in someone disliking the smell.

There is one thing me and you agree on, cigs can be very annoying in closed places and some open places, but I think good ventilation is enough to solve the problem in many places. and plus it would bring more oxygen to the place. Everything can be organized in a way no one could complain. Just like everything else in this world.
