In Australia oats are in the breakfast cereals section of supermarket. Porridge is made from oats.

They can be called rolled oats as well, its the same thing. sometimes you can find them with the flour and baking goods.

I'm sick of paying high prices for beer here. It costs way too much to get drunk in Canada, we pay about a 90% tax on all alcohol so it's double the price the US pays. I can go to the Duty Free store and pay literally half price because there is no tax there, but I could be arrested for doing so, I have to spend 3 days in the US to legally shop at the Duty Free store (which is at the border).
