If you can download 20mb/s you have a 160 mbit-line.
If you have a 20 mbit-line you can download around 3 mb/s.
If what you said earlier was meant as 11 mbit/s then you max out above 1 mb/s.

actually iirc, some old lady either in Denmark or Sweden has a 40gb connection
