did you listen to what they were talking about? they know everything's being recorded so they know what to say already... hey! you're about to kill someone and it'll be recorded, your captain told you you must say clearly a few key words so you don't into troubles later... by key words I mean insurgent, gun, rpg, weapon, terrorist, etc.

I do know all that but I also know that none of us hasnt been in soldier's shoes so we cant really judge them.Its easy to talk about it sitting here but only soldiers know how is it out there and what kind of desicions they have to make.Try to put yourself in their perspective.
Other than that,the first 5 or 6 people killed DID have weapons which were clearly identified and the reporter got hit by fire too being in the same location as the terrorists.

terrorists? don't call them terrorist just because you saw the news reporter calling them like that, the definition of terrorist says a terrorist can be anyone that's against the goverment and use terror tactics to terrorize the population but now, what happens when it's the goverment the one that use fear tactics and is corrupted and terrorize the people, huh? cause that's exactly what I see in the video, then those people are not really terrorists but the local resistance force, in case they were... a US defence analyst (ivan eland) said already they were mistakenly killed anyways... you can clearly hear the soldier saying the reporter has a RPG when it's obviously a camera, same with the other people... they are soldiers, they're trained to recognize such weapons and deal with those kind of situations, they have an amazing amount of technology to back them up also... even more! they are in apache helicopters way above the range of an ak47, listen to the gunshots of the soldier's gun and then see how much delay the bullet has once it hits the target... I don't feel anything but repulse, that was murder, plain and simple.

this is an apache helicopter... do you really think an ak47 would take down this kind of helicopter? a helicopter that has devices to avoid rpg missiles also.
