I had it 5 years ago so I know what to do so I feel better now, but I still felt dizzy for 1-2 weeks last time.
I hope It doesnt come back now, a bit worried about Saturday.

Obama definitely has weaknesses but Romney is far worse in almost every way. Romney + Paul Ryan? That is pretty much the perfect storm. With such incompetence and disconnected leadership, not to mention a complete lack of information of how they plan to "help" the economy,they could destroy what is left of the country. The only people that will support Romney are the usual religious zealots that vote conservative without question, seniors who have always voted conservative, and corporations that are apparently now people according to US law.

The problem is that despite a large majority of people supporting democrats, most of them don't show up to vote. Meanwhile the crazed nutjob conservatives won't stop screaming, they would vote multiple times if the system would let them...

And lets not even get into voter suppression...

i cant even bare to read about american politics, its so confusing and it honestly just hurts my heart. i just hope i can live in a reasonable amount of peace long enough before they destroy the world.

it really feels somewhat backwards and....almost like how the empire took over the galactic senate XD. no one really saw it coming, they all got fired up over the issues, and next thing you know alderaan is destroyed.

I sympathise. I had it earlier this year, and I literally couldn't lie down for a month. It took repeated positional treatments to stop the major dizzy spells

Mine came about while I was in the tub I had been dealing with back pains that day so I was sitting down with the jacuzzi jets on reliving the pain. Oh then about 10 minutes later the room started spinning kept getting worse and worse as it went on. Was rushed to the ER by my Grand Father and had a pulse rate of 195 BPM and blood pressure of 200 over 100. I was in the levels for a stroke which I thought I had already. It never really goes away I cant even look up at times without getting dizzy.

The last couple of months I have gotten a bit dizzy while looking up too, but yesterday it came full force, right now everything is spinning.
I did the Epley Maneuver yesterday and it got better but now its back again, going to the doctor in a few hours, they will probably do it to me again. Its a bit tricky to know which ear thats affected.

Yeah Unless your doctor is practiced at reading nystagmus it can be very hard to tell which canal of which ear is effected. Which can be complicated further by factors like multiple effected canals or vestibular effects like migraine. The hospital here has this crazy chair thing that rotates 360 degrees, and they attach a mask with a camera to your face that films an eye closeup to watch the nystagmus while you are turned upside down etc. Not nice but it does make the process easier.

Yeah I read about that.
The doctor I just met didnt know shit about this stuff, she didnt even know how to do the Hallpike Test, I fucking hate the common healthcare here in Sweden, they usually dont know anything. It takes months to get to a specialist and the the fuckheads at the common healthcare only knows how to prescribe drugs. I want to blow that fucking place to pieces.

I think it is my left side that is affected, I just did the Brandth-Daroff excercises myself now and I feel like vomiting allover the place.

Here there are certain physiotherapists that "specialise" in vertigo treatments. Are physio's easily available to you? if so, you might want to see if there is someone like that you can see. Unless you know which canal the problem is effecting, you wont know which direction of head movement you need to move the crystals. so you could just make yourself dizzy and feel like shit, and not actually get anything positive happening.
