haha yeah i checked it before i went to bed last night. got a drive to uni with my mom today and first thing she said to me was "obamas still president". part of me wanted to pretend i didnt care cause its not my country not my problem .

but that looked pretty serious. i was reading about it today and im thinking that legitimate rape thing sunk romneys ship a little . but im sure if they pray hard enough to their rape loving god they will win eventually.

i'm glad Mitt didn't win, but Obama isn't any good either, he is a wolf in sheeps clothes. He may help US not to collapse economically, but Obama is doing some awful stuff for civil liberty. Bradley Manning is in jail for 900 days now. And Obama did sign the NDAA, which is such a draconian bill, among other stuff.

I've already expressed this earlier. But it is a matter of getting a large enough group of people to accept a third party to even stand a chance of winning, and that is a tall order.

that would be ideal. in canada we almost had that happen recently. we have the liberals (democrats) and the conservatives (republicans). there is also the new democratic party which always has a few seats. but i remember a couple years ago they actually did quite well.

then jack layton (party leader) died. was a shame. i wont pretend i know much about politics (obvious from my posts lol) but i voted for them because they seemed very reasonable. no outlandish promises, just trying to get (or keep) on the right track, and help the people of this country regardless of class or race.
