i wish i could have talked to myself all those years ago when i first joined. I wouldnt have been such a mess if i knew id figure it all out.

my wife and i just moved into our first house. its got oil heat so its cozy af.

today marks 2 years since i quit drinking. didnt really have anywhere to share since my AA meetings arent in person anymore. i still feel the hands around my neck, but im strong enough now not to get pulled into the grave.

Oh man, that timing couldn't have been worse. I was never a big COB fan, their style and sound never really appealed to me, but I dug a couple songs back when I was getting into more extreme metal. Solid guitarist though.

Yeah, he used to be a beast in 2000s. I picked up the guitar mostly thanks to Aleksi, picked up a couple of bad habits too Like using the pinky on my left hand to pivot, and not using the pinky on my right for leads.
