I can get onto security websites but I cant get to microsoft website, so Im not sure if I have conficker or not. I also was able to start up in safe mode, which suggests I dont have it. I downloaded a conficker removal tool from symantec but apparently i dont have administrator rights to run it. So I have no idea if i have it. Can anyone try going to microsoft and just see if its down, or suggest anything else helpful?

Also, I just got this computer like a week ago so im really hoping im not infected.

I've always dreamt of taking the transsiberian express some day, but wherever you look, it always costs at least €1500.... bit much if you ask me. My sis went to Ukraine last week, and met some guy who told her it's only €50 when you buy a ticket on the trainstation in Moscow, it will get you to well, forgot the name but it's the same route. I'm exciteeeeeed. Thinking of doing it next summer
