Yeah, I heard about that Adam. Reminds me of someone's facebook post I saw the other day...it was one of those bullshit "like and share if U agree!" photos detailing (falsely) how illegal immigrants are ruining 'Merica, so I spent 10 minutes or so gathering articles suggesting the contrary...and two from the PEW Hispanic center showing that immigration has ground to a halt over the last two years or so...along with one talking about how the average birth rate of a woman in Mexico has dropped from about 7.2 to about 2.4 (so there won't be any need to emigrate to the States to feed your children, they'll be able to work domestic jobs). Then another round, since he was whining about how immigrants don't pay taxes, showing GE's tax rate over the last ten years (which is startlingly low) and I spent some time explaining that most income made my illegals IS still taxable, and mathematically it wouldn't 'save' the economy if we outlawed immigration altogether (actually data shows that countries that close their borders suffer economically).
Then he deleted it all XD.
The moral of the story here is some people blow, just leave it alone. Haters gonna hate. At the end of the day you have to trust people to make their own decisions....even the ones that seem a bit...errr...low brow.

Yup, Republicans are going more and more right wing every year, to an almost illogical and insane/scary point of view. Everything has to be their way or they throw a tantrum and $40 million at it to get their way, and then rant and rave like madmen. No offense to any Republicans here, (you're not ALL crazy just the loud ones that represent your party of choice) unless you're the really stupid kind that thinks George Bush was great and it was Obama that put the country into Trillions of dollars of debt...
Obama ain't perfect but the US can't handle another money grubbing, out of touch and out of control thief running their country (aka- Mitt Romney)
Sorry.... Politics.... Most Canadians that follow US politics are absolutely stunned by some of the stupidity that goes on over there, especially on the right wing. I listen to US political shows (both conservative and progressives) literally every day to and from work, Canadian politics are so boring
