Today I realised i havent been growling at all for like few months and was afraid that i might lose it, so I did 1 song, told myself "it used to be better, one more", started sounding okay, took a 1 hour break and did 1 final song.

This is the moment when I realised my throat started to hurt and I started sounding like ass (or Akerfeldt in his current gorwling form) and I cant speak at all, like I have a huge, painful gag in my throat.
