ive thought about tattoos, just never got any.

what im waiting for is something i love for a really long time, and the idea of it. so every day i can look at it and be filled with nostalgia. i knew a guy in university who had a full sleeve tattoo of all his favorite grass pokemon, it was really detailed and reminded me of the show a lot. but it was a bunch of grass pokemon and thats a stupid build imo .i met a guy with love tattoo'd on his knuckles and i thought....well thats pretty fuckin stupid .

im sure some get them for others to admire, but i think the vast majority that is just the art form they express themselves in, like we all do with music and video games.

Oh, they will die, soon enough.

And I can always get rid of the band if i grow emberassed for it. My face is also not associated with the band as long as its not famous. If my tattoo gets emberassing i cant do shit about it.

And most importantly, expressing oneself requires some skills, be it music, art or even video games. Expressing with tattoos? You just pay some junkie to draw shit on your skin.

I know a bunch of tattoo artists and literally none of them are junkies or even into drugs (unless you consider weed a drug). If you go to the ghetto and get a crackhead with a dirty needle to do your tattoo then you are retarded. Nobody does that.

Not to mention many people come up with the design of their tattoo with maybe some input from the artist.
