Well a lot of material is written, but there is an issue on my end. Living like a bum to pay off debt has fucked my voice over and I have no place to practice or record. Mike is basically ready to go so I might have to pass the torch off
. I hate it and I have been trying to hold off on making that final, but it looks likely to happen.
Other than that though there are 5 songs almost finished. Many of the instrumentals are even recorded and they are pretty sweet

how long has it been since you've growled? i find it ususally comes back pretty quickly if i get some time over to focus, unless i get sick or so. i'm active in two bands though, so i guess i'm never actually inactive in that sense

The last time I growled was basically when I recorded Sleepwalkers EP. A month after that lost my house/car etc and got confined to a tiny place in a new town where I don't know anyone and there are no metal bands near by. So almost exactly 3 years.
