Where did you found this? sometimes when I talk to some parent there they frequently ask me the temperature so i say "well today is around 8C its a little colder " so they say "hahahaha väsyttää! with 8C im outside swiming in the pool and complaining about the hot weather" I know that is not thaaat cold but they have a great cold-imunity

I did not knew But is fun, aanyway now we spoken about cold cities, Finland is nothing compared with "Lenin's death ring" its a couple cities in East Siberia, the temperatures there are just above the insanity, theres one city called Oymyakon, its a small city with 1K hab, in January 1926 the temperature was -71.2ºC (-96ºF). I cant imagine how is the sensation of that temperature, before some of you raise your point fingers in my face and say " ahhh mothafucka, but that was a zillion years ago and was an exception, show me the temp-Diagram you dick!" look at this:
