11th Hour's album. Rogga (I am assuming you know of him, he owns) does the growls, The drummer from Gorefest does all the instruments/clean vocals.

I am on the fence about the album overall but I do really enjoy certain parts and songs, the album is about a man who finds out he has lung cancer and it pretty much follows him until death by last song.
