I've been remembering my religion classes at high school, year 8, so I was 11 I think. Catholic school

They made us colour in pictures of the apostles and things like that. Soooooooo retarded. No actual learning about religion

i watched the first 20 minutes of a doc called Jesus Camp yesterday, is it how your religion classes are?
Ours focus on Islam and it only mentions other religions/ideologies rarely and when necessary. Unlike in that "camp".

Jesus Camp.... That "documentary" is one of the few movies that actually made me feel really uncomfortable. It's the perfect example of why I regard Christianity as the worst offender in religion.

The part that i watched kinda pissed me off, i think everyone has the right to share their beliefs with their kids, but not to the point where you tell them that science is bullshit or call the Evolution Theory "stupid".

documentals supporting religions, no matter what religion, are all ridiculous... the other day I watched one that started kinda nice, showing a science vision about religion, showing facts of what might be true about the bible, and what is just a fairy tale story... but it ended talking about how humans left the Eden in couples and how they should return in couples, supporting marriage and that you can have sex but no orgasm because chastity is a way to keep yourself clean and stuffs like that, ridiculous and a really lame intent to drag the attention of people that put science above religions.

Except for non prepackaged docs which kinda hard to find. I don't want to watch a doc about Islam made by Muslims, or about Christianity made by Christians, they will probably hide their flaws.
