That's probably somewhere in the middle east.
It's hard to find women wearing like that here in Tunisia, but there is an increasing number in women who wear hijab (not burka) but they are banned from schools and governmental administrations. Hijab is a middle eastern (i think) traditional clothes that was worn way before Islam came.
