Well, if im lucky this is being caused by not being able to intake oxygen while having a severe bronco spasm, therefore passing out(grabbing on to shit while at it I guess?) and apparently forgetting about the coughing fit afterwards. If this is the case this would in theory stop once my chest has cleared out all the junk in it. Only problem with this theory is that to lose recollection of the coughing fit itself would require such a severe cut off of oxygen that I would most likely be out far longer than the 5-15 minutes it has been.

If I'm not lucky...well I don't know. Three months of this shit just getting worse however doesn't have me looking at it with optimism.

Anyone here have any mental problems such as Anxiety and Depression?

I started being depressed since last May, failure from every side, the only thing that kept sane was jogging ! I spent the entire day between rambling here, playing bass and watching football, and then jogging at sunrise, I haven't seen my friends that much, but I was kinda calm, Ramadan came, i couldn't jog, and I went crazy ! I FACED all my problems and I got really really really depressed...
But man, the only way to treat depression is to solve whatever problem you have.

I know there is no way to avoid the pain that we must go through
