You sir have excellent taste, this list is basically all my old favorite shooters from my early computer gaming days. Only one there I did not care for was Hexen, and that's only because it had to live up to the greatness of Heretic. iD Software, Raven, and 3d Realms for the win. Those games gave you huge replay and variety. Modern shooters are lucky to be 6 hours long and then they hold little value.

I loved episodic fps games....
