This thing sucks major ass! Steinberg advertises that it support 3rd party VST3 plugins while all VST3 plugins I have do NOT work with this device.
It's always a bitch moving the knobs and faders on Waves plugins, with this device I finally hoped to solve the problem. The parameter control on the Steinberg VST plugs work properly, but any other plugin I tried completelly ignores the CMC-AI.
If I knew this in advance I would have bought another controller.
What I find even more annoying is the lack of support from Steinberg. I've send them an email about this 4 days ago..and no response yet. I've asked on Twitter when I can get a reply on my support question, no response. This actually pisses me more off than the CMC-AI not working properly.
