Hi guys! Since this forum gave me the opportunity to improve mi mixing skills i decided to pay back the favor with one of the tracks of my band upcoming album "Gaea Hypothesis".

The album has been recorded, mixed and mastered by me.

I really liked the song, and have had a respitory virus/strep for the past week, so I feel like this mix will be the worse for it. The vocals seemed oddly recorded/processed (almost like a bitcrusher was used), and I feel like the lead DI may have messed up on export, so I left it out. Good job on recording actual drums for this!

Some suggestions:

- The Drums lacks of adeguate EQ and spatial projection, you need to improve this part of the mix;
- Guitars are good, try to scoop a little bit the mids
- Bass is really good, you need only to lower a little bit the bass frequencies
- Synths ok, voice excellent!

Keep up with the good work, and never give up!

Had some issues with the drums and vocals, drums in particular sound like they were recorded in a small untreated room, even the overheads were a bit of a challenge.
Furthermore stellar job!
