Stride looking for singer!!

Okay i just had a brainstorm of an idea. STRIDE should approach and try to enlist the services of none other than JOHN WEST, to me that would be the perfect match for them. A well know vocalist, one with a very wide range, and they can also get the services of John's long time friend Lonnie Park. wowooooohoooooooo JOHN WEST for STRIDE.

I must say that is a great suggestion. His range and style fit with Gary's. Or does Gary's fit John's?

I can asure you that Stride will not go back to instrumental. We will search the earth for the right vocalist. We feel confident that the right person will come along...

So what was the deal? Gary's work schedule? Wife? Those are usually the top two reasons. Plus...if kids are in the picture, that adds another dimension.

We have been overwhelmed with emails from singers wanting auditions. It has been a very fortunate situation for us.

I'll disagree with Glenn (big shock there) and suggest going Instrumental again. A tour with Dysrhythmia or Canvas Solaris or Arctopus would do them well. . . . InstruMETAL bands are the new black these days.

Guys, does Lance really need another project? Come on!

If I had a band, I'd pursue the hell out of Oliver Hartman (ex-At Vance)! Oliver has a killer, killer voice with a great range. IMO, he's every bit as good as the mighty Russell Allen and Jorn Lande!

Well this thread comes as quite a surprise. I guess Mike deemed it neccesary to go public before talking with me.

Just to clear the air, we parted way's because of my family, and also because of creative issues. As far as who would replace me, I don't know, but obviously there are quite a few people already in contact with the band, (another thing I didn't know about).
