suggest a snack for me

I have a date tonight (Chinese restaurant) and I haven't had a chance to eat all day.

dinner's not until around 9ish, so I want a snack when I get out of work at 5pm. because I am hongry.

suggest something I can eat! something tasty, light, small, quick, w/e. hopefully that I can get at whole foods.

except I would lean more toward something vegetarian.

then I opened the thread and wanted to put my finger down my throat.

and that suggestion would win the prize if not for the fact I'm likely to order something similar at the Chinese restaurant.

actually the best grilled cheese sandwiches are made with fococcia bread and brie cheese imo
