superior drummer: skewed image in oh's?

something I just noticed while soloing the OH channel on the avatar kit is that the snare is totally on the left side of the stereo panorama.
I have made no changes to the pan sliders so it's 100% L and 100& R.

something is not right with the snare being extremely audible on the left side.
of course if I center the pan sliders I get mono and the snare is in the middle as is anything else in the OH channel.

have you ever noticed the same and does it pertain to all the kits you have?
I find it problematic because it somewhat skewes the stereo image.
usually when you have a recorded kit the snare is in the middle if miced properly.

similar issue in the NY expansion ""hit factory" kit but it's on the room channels. the snare sounds panned to the right.

that's weird.
i posted on the tootrack forum but didn't get a reply so far.
i haven't been able to find a email to contact toontrack direclty.
can anybody me out here?
