I didn't really find this video overly impressive...He could play the exact same thing not playing like a piano but rather under the next like most people play... so its not like hes utilized this to create something that couldn't be created otherwise...Shit like this is fun to watch but unless you're creating something that couldn't otherwise be accomplished I don't really find it innovative in the sense of breaking new musical grounds.

either way... my view on this even if it wasn't the intended video are still the same... either way... its all really fun to watch and has a wow factor... but I am just getting to the point that I really didn't care what any of these ppl who dropped outta pre school to play guitar can do unless they can incorporate it tastefully into their music...

What would be the point of playing that many notes per second? I find it amusing to see shredders who waste years of their life perfecting ridiculous speed technique that isn't appicable to anything without sounding like garbage and they'll never sell records because no one wants to listen to their masturbation.

I think a bigger waste of time is the time you didn't take to pursue your passions.
... money shouldn't have anything to do with your musical pursuits... but if your passionate and genuine about your craft and truly want to dedicate your life to offering ppl whatever escape or pleasure music gives them, I think its great that you get paid to do so.
